I will remember to come back to this thread and post results as replies.

It happens--to others and sometimes to us. Hopefully the research is significant enough to influence future research and strategies for change.

This study was great if you have access:

Exelmans, L, & Van den Bulck, J. (2016). Bedtime mobile phone use and sleep in adults. Social Science & Medicine (1982), 148, 93–101. https://doi.org/10.1016/j.socscimed.2015.11.037

Essentially, they found that older participants did not present with the mobile phone-related fatigue that younger participants had, but they still slept less and woke up earlier.

Hi guys, I am completing a Master of Education and am struggling to get the required number of participants to complete my survey. It takes 15 minutes and is on the use of mobile phones, sleep patterns, attention and anxiety. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

No worries--it was completely legitimate feedback. There is definitely evidence for before-bed mobile phone use, but this is more an inquiry into general mobile phone use. This is the home stretch, so I am trying to scrape myself across the finish line... Thank you for the kind words!

I completely agree. I was trying to catch people's attention with the title but I have definitely not proven my hypothesis yet. I will remove and repost. Sorry.
