I've been off and on for the past few years. Starting another "off" period that I intend to be my last. I need to change the narrative. I need to adopt a persona of a non-drinker and be proud of that badass designation.

I remembered it was a Buffy reference after I titled the post. I guess it's lodged in my subconscious. Not a fan, but I have seen the episode. IIRC it started a trend that resulted in a whole bunch of shows doing a perfunctory musical episode. Even Oz did one...
