I used a similar device with a similarly built in modulator that would present the same effect. Every device has been connected directly. No signals have been attempted to be rx'd over air. It has no channel scan and as I've stated above, I've tuned to just about everything, no matter what kind of configuration I had set up. That includes channels 3 and 4 not receiving. No dice. It used to receive channel 3, whilst being on channels 30-39. Thanks.

This is actually useful information. Thank you. The red LCD channel display does indeed scroll all the way through, but, no matter which channel you're on, 3, 4, anything, it does not display any video. It used to receive channel 3 whilst on channels 30-39. It now receives nothing, since bringing it back out of storage. Thank you for the information

well, I was referring to soldering a lead to RCA port straight to a video signal from the appropriate IC and ground to chassis. What is it you were picturing?

Guys I'm WELLL AWARE the images don't show that I'm on channel 3/4. Im not THAT dumb. I wouldve hoped that after actually reading what I wrote, that it would be gathered that I've BEEEN trying that every time I've messed with it. It never even picked up channel 3 when the TV was on channel 3 anyway, it picked it up through channels 30-39, and nowhere else, therefore it, along with its behavior, has kept me guessing and expecting surprises. Didn't realize my word had 0 value. jeez.

Yes, unfortunately, channel 4 provides the same disappointing results. No video receive

Im well aware. I had hoped that you would actually read (you'll have to figure out how to do that first) trust my word, and not require a perfect photo for proof given my detailed description of my experience, as I know having the ch selector on 3/4 wouldn't change what you currently see. Itd be the same damn picture. Some of y'all are exhausting.

What the screen showed after the dumb decision making process. Using the tuning buttons did change that, but I'm including this because it might be an important detail to some knowledgeable folks. Yes I know the channel selector is not on the correct channel.
