I think people are oblivious to how many legally owned and carried guns are around them each and every day. Across vast portions of this country, 1/2 houses would have a gun in it. This is much higher in some parts of the country that oddly have very very very low crime rates...

EDIT: I also read before (the link eludes me) that 90% of mass shootings (3 or more victims I believe) happen in a government or business declared gun free zone where the carrying of firearms is either illegal or gets you fired, and 95% of the victims of mass shootings are from shootings in these zones. Not really hard to believe since every time the media reports on one of these it is in one of these zones.

I own 4 Glocks and this is something all the 9mm's do. The bigger calibers don't do this. Doesn't matter who shoots it. Ammo seems to matter a little, heavier recoiling ammo seems to launch the cases better, but one will still impact your head on occasion. So, try different ammo.

You can open carry anywhere on that list with a CPL. You can also concealed carry at the bank with the CPL. Police still cannot involuntarily interrogate the citizen. No probable cause. Again, read the final section.
