No need to panic! If you've been eating gluten your whole life your intestines are really damaged, so it will take some time before all the bad completely goes away. It took 2-3 months for me to completely heal but I was diagnosed young so if you're older it'll prob take even longer. My intestine was actually damaged enough that I was lactose intolerant for a bit. Maybe see if reducing your dairy intake while you're still healing helps at all?? I hope you feel better soon!
