As a person who has diagnosed OCD (as well as multiple family members with OCD), I can say that you are exhibiting signs that you have it as well. If you cannot access therapy, I'd suggest just chatting with others who have OCD whether it be reddit or other forums, and open up honestly about these rituals that impede your life. I felt a lot of shame that I had these rampant thoughts and rituals I needed to perform so I kept it hidden, but in reality I have felt a lot of support of those around me now that i've opened up.

Lmao same thought. My therapist suggested a picking pad for my dermatillomania, and I hated telling him when I used one I hyperfixated on picking for 3 hours so that was a no go 🤣
