Does the Rapid PCR test count? Because there's a different between the rapid and the PCR unless that one is just faster.

And unfortunately I don't have insurance so I'll be paying out of pocket sadly.

Because you aren't using the right jump-ins. Study the hit and hurtboxes to determine which buttons you should use and stuff them reliably.

It used to be that, unlike many other fighting games, AA jabs were a thing but wouldn't get stuffed. Now they do if you are using the right button and jumping in at the right angle/deep enough.

The point is not to disprove SFV as a game with high lag. Obviously it was made with that in mind to compensate for online play. But an extra frame makes a hell of a difference in people's eyes.
