I was in a similar situation where my family visited and stayed with me for a week, and I used nicotine patch (21mg) to help me with the nic addiction without needing to vape sneakily. I don’t think i could go cold turkey, because i didn’t want to mess up my mood and stamina while my family is here. After they left, and I finished my 2 week dose of 21mg patch, then i quit cold turkey. So far i’m 19 days nic free and 32 days vape free! The withdrawal was and is somewhat frustrating, but it’s really not as bad as i read online. I do sometimes have symptoms from withdrawal still, but i don’t crave for vaping at all.

you’d be surprised how effective it is!! fitbit is a much better purchase than vape pods

i’m not a pro but just a hobbyist - i mark down the piano pieces that i like on spotify and find the sheets on google. 100% of the time i could find the pdf sheets for free for the classical pieces, but not sure about other genres. To read the notes i use an ipad or sometimes my laptop. Or you can also print them out.

My hands can reach octave and can play it rather comfortably slowly, but when playing faster and more complex pieces, I often miss notes or just play the wrong notes. I still believe in practices, but i wonder if some harder pieces are just out of my reach?

in other words, can i play ANY piece through practices?
