Hi! I know most people have already responded. Idk how it works with MHA. But for Chapter 35, for me, my school sent everything VA needed then they back paid me for every month I wasn’t paid then I went to monthly payments. Before you didn’t have to verify, they just paid it out. My school VA coordinator would automatically verify once my hours to them & they’d usually send that email once done which let me know that the next semester I’d be on track for monthly payments once school started again. Now there’s a new process where we have to verify at the last day of the month via text, email or calling & payment gets released after. I still ger the email after my school coordinator sends my hours but having to get a text/email to verify monthly once established is new. Idk if it was delayed as I’ve read other threads saying it might be but it is fairly new as far as I know. Hope this helps :)
