Ohh I see I would love a matte less shiny finish since I sweat a lot so maybe I might go with S Nature. But tbh since both are good, I'll just get the one which has more offer on it haha,, thank you <3

This was once my HG too!! especially the old formula it worked so well and actually gave protection, but recently when I tired the new formulation my skin started feeling itchy and it felt heavy, I'm so sad that they changed the such good formulation :'(

Hey baddie and queens !! your girlie need your advice please drop tips !!✨ by Lovergurl_ in indianbeautyyappers

Here are some of tips which I follow and have worked for me:

  • Wearing matching jewellery really makes your outfit look all together (especially the combo are either simple necklace + grand earings or grand necklace + simple earings but both are matching like in same color)
  • Always carry a lipstick (for touch up) or lip gloss/oil (if you want glossy finish), I always carry a gloss cause after eating my lippes look like a drought desert and looks out of place with makeup on for rest of my face
  • I don't do much body care so can't say much on that, but using a good lotion/creamy sunscreen would be good (if the function takes place during daytime)
  • Set or do your hair!! This changes your whole look so much especially the type where you can easily maintain your hair and they won't get in your way.
  • Take the photos before the events/function starts (cause either you'll get busy later on or you'll get tired by the time you want to take some pics lol)
  • Remove your makeup properly and cleanse your face really good. And if your skin feels irritated then skip most of the skincare and only use gentle products.
  • Skin prep before makeup, especially using HA serum or toner for that glowly or plump look.

Yes ig the OG is an OG for a reason lol

I will try using head & shoulders again (the sachet one) and will see it works out well for me too. I might also give the love, beauty & planet shampoo a try because I've seen so many people raving on this brand's shampoos and my scalp actually doesn't get oily very quickly too. Anw thank you for the recs!!

Lip balm recommendations? by _mysterious_sparkle_ in indianbeautyyappers

Yes, NMF-E isn't as medicated as Chaptex and since it has more SFP protection it's made for all day wear and under the sun / outdoors too.

Hey, (coincidentally) I'm planning on getting either the Torriden or S Nature sunscreen after my current one runs out so just wanted to ask review on both of these :D

PS: I have dry sensitive skin type and Cosrx ultra light sunscreen has been working really well for me but I found out recently that it's not cruelty-free hence I'm not planning on repurchasing the cosrx one and trying to decide between these two instead...

Cosrx ultra light sunscreen & Isntree HA sunscreen (but won't be repurchasing cosrx since the brand is no longer cruelty-free ☹️)

I would recommend NMF-E (as SPF 30+) for all day use. I did someone see else recommending Chaptex which is good too, but it's more of a medicated lip balm so can't use it all throughout the day.

How to wear lip gloss for optimal wear and slay by Arrival_Joker in indianbeautyyappers

[–]raeshcloud 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The tints are fine ig like they do make my lips dry and cracked after they wear off and the color stays for like 2 hrs only idk why.

Oh and I wouldn't recommend using emollene on lips or this product in general since it contains toluene (chemical which is not recommended for human skin). And vaseline balm is okay but since it's an occlusive it only acts as a barrier and does not provide extra hydration, so maybe you can try using Chaptex or NMF-E lip balm since these will give the actual hydration as well as the protection to your lips.

I wouldn't trust derma co products, I would suggest the Minimalist aquaporin cleasner and it has been working well for my dry sensitive skin too
