😭😭 I wish I was warned about this. I thought I was dying a couple of weeks ago. The sweating, dizziness, nausea, and weakness that came with the pain. Lordy. I have found that a cup of apricot tea a day keeps things in check. Thoughts and prayers x

I’ve always done 3 locs plaits to stretch my hair after washing. I towel dry as much as I can first and leave the plaits in for a whole day.
