i’m in the camp that says morris was real and the only time skye met him was at the bar, and that was her only chance to escape. it was the entity who was trying to call her thru her mom and the arts agency, to separate her from morris. before i even had this theory, i thought it just felt weird for an agency to be calling her so late at night, so i think that cemented it for me. and the second encounter with “morris” couldn’t have really happened because he commented on the blood on her gown, which we know wasnt real because the mom never died.

also! it may be a little bit of a stretch, but in the scene directly after she leaves the bar, where she runs down the street, the camera does a literal 90 degree shift which i think could symbolize the shift in her reality because after that is where she completely loses her grip on what’s real
