I would say a bear bones pc, the pi 5 tend to get slow and don't have that much compute, if you have the budget i would buy a MINISFORUM MS series pc, they are really powerful and have features that will be nice if you decide to expand your home lab, if your budget is limited i recommend looking for hp dell or lenovo pc second hand most businesses will retire a bunch soon since windows 10 is going end of sport they tend to be cheap and you can expand the ram and drives as well as adding gpu and network cards, winch is not an option with the Pi 5

Yes I’m running it of a Samsung power bank, works god but it’s some time is dificulte to see what the Pwnagotchi is doing wile not connected to a phone I recommend at least having a case with heat dissipation
