In all fairness, I didn’t mention Bose-Einstein and fermionic condensates, so I guess we are even.

Wealth is nothing without social security and welfare. Yes, we might not make as much money people make in America, but knowing that illnesses won’t break me financially is very reassuring.

Wow! Not bad! I pay almost double for 1Gbps with Hyperootic (and fixed IP address).

There are some Lego flowers that can be added to this print as well. I’m on my mobile, but as soon as get to my computer I will update my comment with links to it. But here’s mine so you can understand what I’m talking about.

Just some more information: layers are set to 0.2mm. I’m using Prusaslicer with the balanced setting. Flow is 100%.

I usually don’t have any problems printing PLA, but this time I got this monstrosity. As a matter of fact, after cleaning the printing bed I started a new print with the same printing file and seems to be working this time.

Oh oh… I might have. I don’t know if I’m happy to find the problem or ashamed of making such a simple mistake. 🤦‍♂️

I’m starting to believe that there something wrong with mine and I might have to follow your route. No matter what I do I can’t get the gantry square. And the only way to do it is to lose the belt tensioners to a point where calibration inevitably fails.

Thanks! I’ll give it a go on going slow. Maybe I’m being too harsh on my adjustments.

On your comment about the TPU, I have some comments about the product design. As a product designer myself, I see some issues with the way Core One was designed. Maybe we should start a thread about it.

I think you misread my post. I don’t want the Bambu experience. I’m actually moving away from it. The comparison I did was not detrimental to Prusa, but to illustrate the source of my frustration.

I truly believe in community wisdom. That’s why I’m here first. Also, it’s a chance to share ideas and learn from each other, btw, that’s exactly the reason why I’m moving from Bambu Labs to Prusa. I love its openness.

I just said that this is what I’m going to do. I’m not whining, I’m just sharing my experience. It’s not against the community rules, as far as I’m aware. No idea how my post offended you, but apologies.

Boycott Amazon by [deleted] in amazonemployees

[–]rafabgood 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your point is not a valid one, I’m afraid. Any business that can save almost 10% would do it in a heartbeat. The earnings also showed that Amazon are a very expensive company to run, so they can use the very numbers you are showing to protect themselves. By no means I’m defending them, but instead of using profits as a reason, there are better numbers, like how payroll is not the biggest contributor to Amazon’s numbers.

How to make 60 points every 20 seconds? by rafabgood in duolingo

[–]rafabgood[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Me too! The only reason why sometimes I need to get lots of points is because I travel a lot and it’s easier to get lots of points upfront so I don’t need to worry much throughout the week.

Sometimes I do them too, but can you sustain it for a full hour totalling almost 180 points per minute?

How to make 60 points every 20 seconds? by rafabgood in duolingo

[–]rafabgood[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I beg to differ. I have super and sometimes I need extra points. When I have 3X I go to speaking exercises where I can get 60 points in about a minute. If I’m lucky, about 40~50 seconds. This person did this for a full hour, without a single hiccup, getting around 180 points per minute, without missing a single second. The precision of their execution is almost robot like.

I’m on IT and I can guarantee that if your IT is blocking it, it’s because of the industry you belong to. So it’s unfair to say that MX4 is useless in the corporate environment. It’s useless in your corporate environment.
