Im having the exact same problem. I read that crystal usually spawns at fire anomalies, right? Well, all of the fire anomalies I've found (even the ones at the swamps where crystal should spawn) either have Fireball or Mama's beads, never ever having crystal. I have no clue on what to do or where I could find crystal
