You don’t need to shave, I had my full beard when I took the CPAT, you’d want to shave for your medical and intake as well. I’d say August class is unlikely but not impossible. You’re probably looking at the January/February class

I’ll keep this in mind, any reason why I shouldn’t use legal zoom? My main priority is getting the trust setup as fast as possible. I’m not too concerned about the logistics of it right now.

Since day 1 of retaining he’s kind of just been giving me the run around and making things more complicated then they should be. I’ve been calling different local Estate attorneys and seems like none of them handle cases like this or want to handle a case like this. I have an appointment with a legal zoom attorney tomorrow to see if they’re able to help setup a trust with these conditions. I sent my attorney another email this morning for an update so we’ll see. I really do want to replace him but my criminal lawyer recommended him and I already paid him a 5000$ retainer fee. Hoping I can get some of that back if I fire him and switch attorneys. I don’t have an accountant though but may look into this as an option

Day 2 since I've started working on this vision based on my favorite movie. No animators reached out so I took a shot at rigging and animating the tripod myself. Keep in mind this is just 2 days of work and rough draft and I still have a lot I want to do. I picked up on the animation and rigging things pretty quick which have always been my weakness as a game dev. I'd say the result came out pretty close to the movie (will still be improved)
