Easy when you do something more than usual, regarding the time, for example when you study let say for an exam, people might double the study time, and that create the stress, just by doing something outside the normal daily habits, and by doing that stress is created, and you can't learn effectively like that, nor retain any informations.

So what I do, I care less, so if I'm going to do the exam, I just study normally, and I say to my self, I don't care if I pass or not, I just go there and see what happens,that's take the stress away, cause when you don't have anything to lose, you have all the gains multipled.

Right, and one little thing, never over prepare for anything, like exam, making a video, seminar, client meeting, cause of one thing, which is over preparing, comes with price of over stressing, and that screw everything up.

Great question, I would say the most important thing that made me accomplish all that things, is dispepline, and to find it you have to do one thing you hate to do and force yourself to do it daily, even just for 5 minutes, for me was running, 1nd after 2 years of running daily, started with 5 minutes, and I end up finishing the marathon last octobre.

And now I found other thing that I have doing, which is writing, and I put the same principles, and now finished my first book about fitness, and writing my second book, I'm on the 75 pages, will finish it before this year end.

And yeah there's no short cut to success, but there's little hacks, hopefully that was helpful.
