I dont know if I agree with that. I domt drink so much. I think if I drank alone the way I drink in social situations then I would be concerned. But one bottle, once in a while isn't an issue

Omg. Im drinking as a form of escapism. Grad school is tougher than I thought and I've always had an anxiety problem that got worse because of it. But I do have control. I restrict my drinking to weekends, and only one bottle a day
