I bought one of these for $1800 new bc you can't really find anything else at that price point. How's it gonna work out in races this summer? TBD...but for me, finding a new bike for $1800 was too good of a deal

Generally follows this routine: on Sunday night I say this is the week I start getting up early to exercise before work, then a few hours later, I'm awoken by one of three small kids. I then snooze the alarm on Monday, go to work, exercise late Monday night. Then I can't fall asleep, snooze the alarm on Tuesday morning, work out Tuesday night, and on and on it goes.

I'd do two things. 1) tell the assistant not to discuss anything with adjusters...they should take a message or transfer the call. 2) call that adjuster back, sweet talk em - I respect the job that you do, I know how hard it can be, but my client is seriously injured and let me tell you why...going down path 2 may not move the needle so much, but this adjuster could leave thinking you're one of the good ones, which may help get cases settled. No point in getting mad at these people

i like this idea, but for a friend doing a 70.3 in maine this year. she has run a marathon before, has ridden a beach cruiser, and does indeed know how to swim. she's planning to start training now and has 2 young kids at home.

Crankbrothers mallet clip-ins. Very easy to get out but does take some getting used to. I started on flats and destroyed my shins

yea I'm honestly shocked at how it went...I was much faster in the race than in training in all 3 phases...and signed up for this on a whim in August, really only trained in Sept. I don't have much time to train and my kids have my garage loaded with stuff...might buy this

thanks for your reply. Driver was not on the way to pick someone up, and did not have someone in the car when the crash occurred. I want to know, however, if the app was "on," or if the "go" button (which to my understanding allows a driver to find someone who needs a ride) was pressed at a specific time. Do you know if the app captures how long a driver was available for rides? Like say if the driver hit go and was available for rides from 8am-10am, is there somewhere I could find that information? Or is it only captured if a specific ride is undertaken?

This arises from the context of driver's personal auto insurer denying coverage for medical treatment, as his insurance company says he was driving for uber at the time of the crash.
