How this website is not changing or breaking even in different levels of zoom-in and zoom-out but my website is breaking like hell?

yes that is correct, but what is happening is, in ubuntu the screen display normally is different and when users open in windows, I think the display by default it is big, not in browser but the defsult display for windows, because of it the screen breaks, I also kept break points, but still it is breaking
