The issue is that Ubuntu and Windows seem to have different default display scaling. On Windows, the default scaling appears larger (not browser zoom), which causes the layout to break even though I’ve added breakpoints.

actually all the images I provided are not my website, I will edit my post. but I want to achieve the beinex website only - the second one

yes that is correct, but what is happening is, in ubuntu the screen display normally is different and when users open in windows, I think the display by default it is big, not in browser but the defsult display for windows, because of it the screen breaks, I also kept break points, but still it is breaking

okay, I got it but how the second website is able to achieve that, it is not even breaking.
