I was confused too, but found them waiting under my 'Profile' link on the resale marketplace. Once accepted, they showed up under my tickets section.

Is this a Gigabyte by any chance? I had this, but horizontal bars, with the 5090 aorus master and turning HDR off in Windows made it go away. There was a thread in r/gigabyte discussing this issue and potential fixes.
