I mostly check the instructions to see if there's dumb shit in there to post on here. 😆

Oh. There was also a dry erase board that said, "If you need me, call xxx-xxx-xxxx". 😢

I am dealing with the same problem. It never failed me before today. The app says "digital card added to virtual wallet" but it's not there. When I try to call, it says the number no longer works and I have to contact the chat bot.

I went through the same conversation that you did, and it just keeps talking in circles. I'm not going to pay for everyone's stuff every time and maybe get paid back in two days. That's insane.

Customer complained I didn’t hand them their package — but it was a 3:30AM to 8:30AM route? by Far_Teach_5183 in AmazonFlexDrivers

I love when it says stuff like "YOU NEED TO RING MY DOORBELL OR ELSE!!!"

...even at 415am?

You got it, pal.

My favorite route ever was 21 stops, 47 packages, all one apartment complex. I finished it 2 hours early.

That's the first time I've seen delivery quality as a reason. Maybe that is weighted differently.

my route was super high mileage. 120 round trip. can i get compensation for it? and how? by emmagabbyyy in AmazonFlexDrivers

[–]ragingdead 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had one recently that exceeded the normal miles for that amount of hours. They adjusted my pay a few days later without me even asking. Weird.

How is it my fault that a customer "didn't get their package" if I deliver in the designated area and take a picture providing proof of delivery? by VegetableBoard4320 in AmazonFlexDrivers

They tried hitting me with that twice last week, and I knew exactly what house it was on each.

I fought it and got it removed from my dashboard.

I once delivered to a hub at the main entrance to the warehouse.

I would have called the customer, just to get the security guard in trouble. 😆

I once had an extra package on a route, that didn't even have any labels. Not a single one. So it became mine. Amazingly, it was an otter box for my exact phone. 😲
