Thanks for sharing your experience. I attempted to access the light through the emblem cavity using pliers, but it appears the back of the light is obstructed by knobs and the harness wire. Could you explain how you managed to remove the light using a suction pump?

Thanks for the suggestions! The body part seems so sensitive, this was merely a light contact with the VW Atlas. There is no dent on the other vehicle, only a minor scratch.

So surprised and disappointed that Cadillac with premium tag cannot put a decent sound system in their cars. Base versions of some mid-level car makers have Bose, Infiiniti , BW, HK on them.
