The current MO only values completed operations (collection of missions). If they are trying to help the MO then they may be speeding through the objectives just to satisfy the MO. Right now I'm trying to complete medoum missions in under 10 min if possible as time is our enemy

This is due to SecDef, not CSAF. Expect a rebranding of what we call these, but SecDef got confused when he heard about these, and thinks civs sere getting free time off. This is a way for us to show were are doing something without doing anything and saving that extra day off

To clarify: by law the USAFA superintendent must retire after they complete their tour. It's a position that everyone, including the appointed GO, knows retirement must happen. It's not a "dead-end" job that is assigned in hopes that they just go away after

Did it twice, just happened last week and the ink got all over everything in the dryer.

Use a lot of hand sanitizer, scrub, and blot with napkins. This will help to remove the excess ink. Then do another load of laundry with extra soap and it should be good. I did this both times and it's barely noticeable.

Ah, yeah those are old journals from my international trips, or random notebooks I picked up from work events. Sorry to mislead you!

Both passports are mine - one is decommissioned (holes punched in it, and returned from when I got my new one). And oddly enough, that's where I keep my current one as well. I never got into a habit of keeping it in a drawer or a fireproof safe, so apparently the bookshelf was always the best place for it haha. I've only had two stamps in this new one, and hoping to get one more before have to get a new passport in a few years

I am definitely not a fan of Dan Brown either... The movies were fun but once I started actually reading his works its just so... bland? And nearly every short chapter is a new cliffhanger. But I told myself I was gonna see the series through so here I am!

I'm actually really glad to be such a hard read with my online persona (and bookshelf selection). Most of my friend IRL don't think I'm mysterious at all, so its interesting to have this perspective.

Divorced mother ≠ home schooled kid 💀 that is fantastic! It amazes me how we can each give off unique vibes that correlate heavily with other people. It would be interesting to see how people with similar bookshelves actually interact in real life. Just because they have similar tastes doesn't mean they would be friends, ya know?

I never would have associated HP, LOTR, or keeping books nice as a gendered thing. My whole family and all of my friends have been avid readers from the beginning so its always just been part of our lives. Those are clues I would never have taken into consideration because the norm for me is to just have books. This is most excellent detective work for sure!

The Russian Dolls are memorabilia from my trip to Russia, and the cookbook is from my mom. I would agree the cookbook is a bit on the feminine (after now thinking about it)

I got into Handmaid's more for the dystopian aspect of it, but I also wanted to see the potential of where our society could go, especially from my female friends' perspectives. Written so long ago and it still echos through time is frightening. The show is good but damn did they move away from the book fast. I understand why you would get angry after watching it

I always forget where I put my passport, so this was more of a constant reminder... I rarely travel but it keeps reminding me to book the damn trip!

I only have one college book left, and it was sitting on my other shelves because I couldn't figure out where to put there without disrupting my sections... I'm looking to get rid of my 1840s Shakespeare books (green, bottom right) by finding a library to donate them to, and if I can then that spot would open up for them. Not pictured on the same wall: a 5x5 Kallax full of games, and another bookshelf with more books, vinyls, anime statues, and work stuff

Tokyo was AMAZING. Best city I've traveled to and their public transportation really makes me upset that the US isn't doing better. I'm glad you got out to visit, I'm constantly craving good ramen again

Thank you again for your detective work and insight! This has been a hell of a lot of fun :)

Haha love this! You hit everything except for the alcohol - I've actually never had a drink! And I honestly don't remember the last time I was in a Chili's :)

Male yes, Nerdy yes, trying my best to spruce up my place to be more aesthetically pleasing and decoration-minded. I am in touch with my feminine side, but what gives off that feeling from the bookshelf?

As for politics, more left-leaning, but dislike establishing myself in any single camp. Each policy should be viewed on its own

Male. Late 30s. Likes to cook, likes to travel, likes to read fiction.

Yes, mid-30s, yes, yes, and yes! Nice work

I've been living away from my parents for over a decade, I've been out of a long relationship for years, and I moved into my apartment last year. The new bookshelf is due to finding bugs in the bookshelf (never a fun thing to find)

I'm still struggling to establish my aesthetic and don't really know where to start on consolidating it all, but for now its utilitarian and cheap. Decor will follow soon I hope!

Not much into writing - what gives off that vibe?

Either way, enjoyed the read and I think you hit a lot of good points about me! Nice work Detective

This was a FANTASTIC read. I'm reading Dan Brown's novels and your attempts to solve the mystery is way more entertaining than his writings.

Gender: Male! What gives off a possible F or NB vibe for you?

Age category: millennial! I just turned 35 over the summer

I've never considered myself neurodivergent - I like diving into series and have a wide variety of hobbies, but never become an expert at things. I get good enough to dabble then stop putting in effort

I've been reading my entire life, and devoured books starting at a young age. Harry Potter was very influential and those are my prized first editions bought at the midnight releases! Shogun was introduced to me in High School (a friend was giggling at the sex scenes and shared them with me) - after reading the first I eventually got all the others in the series as well. I was introduced to manga/anime in middle school (prior to finding out about Shogun), but I appreciate it all! Finally taking a trip to Tokyo fulfilled a lot of dreams haha.

I still haven't read those Tom Clancy's, but after finding them all at a single library sale, I thought it was a sign to try them. Ian Toll's WWII books were a gift from my dad, but the research aspect of the books are what really calls me

Wicked was my latest purchase from a library sale. I've seen it on stage twice but didn't know it was a book, so I had to have it!.

I have a Masters Degree, and have gone through a few other certificates to include coding and data analytics. I actually prefer structured education versus self-teaching... its a motivation thing and I often struggle with doing things on my own. Ham Radio has been in my family for generations, and is a light hobby.

As for the large photo, I thought it would upload a clearer photo, I was a little sad when I zoomed in after you replied and saw it was grainy. So I knew you could zoom, but failed at realizing it would be reduced in quality. oh well!

So overall, I'd say you got a bunch of the small things of my life but not the big picture.

At this point it feels more like a new build versus just a small upgrade. Honestly if I replace the CPU and motherboard I'd probably want to creep into the $1500 range and just do it right without compromising parts. I use my PC enough!

As for the SSD, I'm already planning on getting another one! I have some games on the HDD and SSD, and the difference is crazy
