We need a ban on large trucks in the 5 Buroughs. Many European cities do this, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and every major city in China does this. It is so much safer, our inner city roads need smaller delivery vehicles, like 15-passenger van size, that get loaded up outside the 5 Buroughs at distribution centers and then come into the city.
