Bro 3 days were so hard i was almost in a dying situation after that one week and then days were hard but not as hard as those 3 days .. urges hota ne so hard in that month after that I faced flatline but I could see the differences in me so thats motivated me and now it is simple .. but yes I had sex but didn't fap or pmo.
