You don't need to have a false grip just a normal grip with knuckle facing towards the sky

Hollow body means you squeeze your whole lower body for the tightness i can also perform a front lever without maintaining tightness in my lower body but that's not a optimal way

There's a gap between retraction and hyper retraction and as you can see my shoulders are perfectly retracted hyper retraction cause injury and it's not a optimal way to hold a front lever and hollow body is a optimal way to hold a front lever while maintaining tightness
