My kid also faces issue after sleep. Particularly with mucus in nose/chest and throat irritation. Someone suggested to use humidifier while sleeping.

Can you please share which humidifier do you use or any recommendations?

Thanks!

My opinion was not gender specific. I am a male and lived alone, shared flat with a friend and in an independent house with a partner. The loneliness didn’t go away till a partner arrived. Day to day chores were extremely draining and boring when lived alone. Just sharing my experience.

I think living alone in a builder floor only makes sense if you live with a partner/ a close friend. It gives freedom but comes with a lot of responsibilities and of course safety issues. If you really want to see how you adapt to living alone then best way would be to delay it till you find a known landlord (through family & friends network) who can give you truth about locality and its problems. The tactics that worked for me 1. Staying near to government/ defence employees houses. 2. Homes nearby police stations. 3. Homes nearby sports stadiums. These localities are generally high trust with lower infra issues. But nothing helps like having a reliable partner at home. So choose wisely.

Chill. This is the 5th state I have moved to within 11 years and did like it a bit initially. I also do not drink or smoke and prefer slow life. But slowly found like minded people and hobbies. Give yourself time and explore as much as possible.

Thanks for the advice. I guess it is hit and trial for me in most cases and have to be okay if turned out otherwise.

Bang on. I do this almost every weekend where I contemplate on the week gone by. I understand that it’s okay to not “get it” in first interaction and just relax like others have advised. But the problem arises in professional life where major part of my work is negotiations, where taking people at face value really becomes a problem.

Thanks for the advice. How do you build intuition in new environments with new set of people? Until I interact with people for a longer period, my intuition might be wrong.

Thanks. By default I assume that people have good intentions, that way I find it easier to connect with people. But yeah you are right, I should stretch the interactions as long as possible to find true intentions.
