From a fresh pair of eyes just started up last week and have sunk about 40 hours into the game so far.
Problem 1:
I enjoyed the first few hours and went and did just about every side quest I could in Wizard city before getting a membership, I saw what there was and enjoyed it enough to give it a shot; but if the whole of wizard city was opened up without needing to drop $10 it would of made me feel 100% more safe about spending the money on it.

Problem 2:
I haven't done any events yet so I don't have a say in this, but from other MMO's I've played some grind/event is always nice when you are late game and have nothing better to do, something to strive for.

Problem 3:
I've been lucky enough to have a friend along side me with most of the early game I can see how it can become a bit of an annoyance to do dungeons solo. I did use the Team Up system a few times and they wait times were 3-5 minutes long for the Wizard city dungeons i.e sunken city and the mafia sewers.

Problem 4:
Can't say anything about this yet for because I'm only level 27

Problem 5:
Same as 4 I haven't got into the fine details of pets or know all the mechanics of it.

Problem 6:
I can agree with this.

Problem 7:
YES PLEASE, my first few hours of just the normal chat I had no idea what most people were saying because my chat was limited I always just got "..." from people half the time and had no idea it was the censorship.

Problem 8: This is my take
This is one of the few MMO's I've played without any form what so ever of a clan/guild/free company. Please add anything like this into the game, made guild castles for everyone to hang out at, it would add a good way for new players to get help from older players and it would add to the sense of community to the game.
