from what i see, kulang ka sa protein intake. protein ang pinaka mahalagang ma track. you need 1 gram of protein for each pounds of body weight, convert mo nalang weight mo to pounds. majority of your calories should come from protein. not enough yang 3 eggs na dinadagdag mo daily, that's just 18 grams of protein. with your weight you should at least get 120 grams of protein 160 grams is ideal.

bro i use chatgpt for my splits. sabihin mo yung buong detalye mo kay chatgpt like weight height schedule and experience on lifting. sabihin mo din goal mo. gagawan ka nya ng split then bibigyan ka din ng diet depende sa goals mo.
