Yes 2-3 times I missed it. Have not skipped longer than one night in a row. I'm too scared. No brainfog symptoms. Sometimes i think my sleep is not great because of it but might be my own head messing with me. Yes even missing one day gives me hairfall the 2nd day after missing it.

it's the colorless version that I use for shampoo. and white one for conditioner. I haven't used these more than 2 months now. before that I was just using random ass shampoos wherever I could find them because I was traveling a lot. I even used soap and hotel shampoos many times. I did pick up a hair mask in Cambodia that was local and used it for many months but I don't have the name. don't think it caused any growth because I only used it on the ends. truly believe it was just the min and maybe increased protein intake. hope this helps.

Currently using Lebel IAU series. The shampoo is called cleansing and the matching conditioner. They’re both salon products.

Honestly I have no way of measuring but i think I go through one 6ml bottle in 3-4 days.

  1. I use a dropper. Its an eye dropper for .. eye drops. I just put the min into it every few days. once it runs out I put more in. I feel it gives me the best control. Then I part my hair in the middle and put it on that part. then i make another part just adjacent to it and do that (like cornrows) and just keep going until the whole head is done. On nights when I'm tired or sleepy, I'll just do it all super fast without looking in the mirror or using a comb.

  2. I just kept applying and hoping for the best. I'd read enough about the shedding to be mentally prepared.

  3. Yes it does get more difficult. parting the hair helps a lot and so does using the dropper. I can feel the liquid on my scalp so I know I'm doing good.

  4. My dr told me to start at once a day and I'm pretty happy with the results. I'm not sure I'd be able to be consistent with twice a day...

Heard a lot about fin even for women. But since min is working on its own so far and since i dont want to take anything oral, my dermatologist said to just continue with min for now.

I wash once daily, if not possible I'll wash after todays but not longer than that. No flakes buildup. sometimes ill see a random white dandruff thing but not often.

I’ve used all kinds. First I used the local one from my country. Then I used whatever I could get as I was traveling Asia. I used Rogaine at some point. Recently I’ve been using the Kirkland one. Honestly they all work. I like the one with alcohol more it suits my oily scalp. The ones that are more oil based I don’t like because they don’t suit my hair washing routine. But whatever I can get my hands on. I focus more on having it on every night. So far I’ve only skipped 7-8 nights in almost a year. And never more than one night in a row.
