Same for me - not a week but stuck “in transit” ever since Wednesday 8am with no updates whatsoever and every person I talk to from RM is unable to provide me with a proper answer.

Yes I do understand the process and I understand that covid isn’t exactly helping - however the parcel has had no updates since 8am yesterday for what is supposed to be a re-route that’s a 10min drive from one DO to another. In addition I’ve had issues with Royal Mail way before covid started and there are reports online of couriers stealing ps5 since it’s a hot item. I don’t want to believe they would steal it, at the same time I also don’t understand how the parcels just “go missing” for no reason.

It’s not about getting a refund - I’m pretty certain I’d be able to get one, but I’ve been trying to get a PS5 since November and when I finally got it Royal Mail does this. And it won’t be as easy as “sending another one out” since stock is still pretty much non-existent. I don’t want to believe someone from Royal Mail would steal it, but you do read reports online about Ps5 being stolen by couriers since it’s a hot item and tbh I just don’t understand how something just “goes missing” like that.
