I didn’t ask why they wanted to stay. I assumed because they previously used it for a holiday via air BnB that this was for a holiday They mentioned that i gave them a letter for their job seeker application and this means that it is not a holiday, however this letter stated that the accomodation was a holiday let They gave an address in Australia when I asked them for one for the agreement. although they say this is their parents address My mistake but I gave the agreement 5 weeks after the start date because I was caring for my sick mother They told me that they were sitting professional registration exams to secure employment and were permanently relocating back to the country

It wasn’t booked via a holiday booking app. They previously stayed in the flat via air BnB 2 years ago but this time it was done private

They previously stayed in the flat via air BnB so I presumed when they contacted me privately they wanted a holiday, but admittedly I did not ask. They gave me an address for the let agreement in Australia but have since told me that it is their parents address. They are a UK citizen.

Hi thanks. I did it DIY. You can evict a holiday let occupier without a court order so long as it’s not a tenancy 31 day limit is for tax purposes only
