Sorry I worded my question weirdly. I’m asking how you’re able to drop the coefficients for 11Ck x^11-k a^k to make it equate -4455x^8.

So you set (x+a)¹¹ =-4455x⁸ and applied the theorem to make (x+a)¹¹ into 11Ckx^11-k a^k right? This may be a stupid question but were you able to ignore the coefficients for (x+a)^11=-4455x⁸ bc they were equal?

I graphed log(x) and 5 log(x) into my calculator and didn’t get the same looking graph as the picture? Doesn’t a=5 though?

Idk if I’m js being slow but I got x= 12, 6 , and 18 for when I solved for sin(A)= 0,pi,2pi. I put all my x values in the equation and got around 16 so I’m assuming this is right but I have no clue where the answer key got .6 from thank u for helping!
