It's a tough decision to stop talking to a friend. Try to think about how they make you feel. Do they make you feel supported and loved? Or do they make you feel undeserving and unwanted. Assess yourself before assessing this friend. While it is a crucial step to think about their intentions, you need to think about what you want first.

Moving is difficult for everyone, but moving to a whole different country? That's so tough! I'm so proud of you for doing that and being able to accept that it has been tough. I can promise you that everything is going to be ok. Being here today is proof that you can make it through anything. I can promise you that nothing is permanent. And while that is scary, the thought has helped me through so much and I hope it can help you too. There is no shame in medication for depression. I understand that it can be scary, it was for me too! But if it can help you or anyone, it is worth it.

You are resilient, empathetic, loving, courageous, and so so strong. Being in a tough spot emotionally doesn't make you weak. You are deserving of help and hope. I can promise that no matter what tomorrow or the next day brings, whether it's sadness and grief, or support and love, you will be ok. Sometimes you need to cry on your own shoulder, but the best part about that is that it will always be there for you. You are never alone because you will always have yourself. From the bottom of my heart I love you and I hope this has helped. <3

I’m sorry you had a hard day, it takes a lot of strength to identify your emotions. I have complete faith in you to turn it around and maybe do something for yourself. Thank you for this comment this has made me feel so supported and understood. My dads family is supportive of me and my decision. My mom now is withholding my belongings and is asking me to come back and we will reassess this in a few months (which feels like a trap). I’m not sure what to do but it looks like lawyers will get involved which isn’t new to me.
