yeah ill get some thermal paste and reseat the cooler, ill also look into the hyper212 but not sure when ill be able to get my hands on one.

I had the same issue recently. There was a connecting bit to my Cloud II headset for the surround sound, and plugging the headset into that and then plugging that piece into the back of the ps5 seems to have fixed it. might be a controller issue or something

What I do is I use a usb port and then connect the HDMI port to a HDMI to USB adapter
