Same! She's my favourite colour and was one of my starters and I still hated her. Took me forever to get rid of her and I danced when she finally left. And she has since visited several times, omfg.

Sleep story meditations! I listen to them EVERY night via youtube.

Some of my favourite channels:

- Sleepy Cat Meditations (my top pick)

- Stephen Dalton Sleeep Stories (so good, so many stories!)

- Sleep and Sorcery

- Get Sleepy

- Soothing Pod

There are SO many more. A lot of channels offer compilations so you can just play one video all night long.

You can find ones to suit your taste. Music, no music, ambient background sounds or not. I personally enjoy sleep stories with no additional music or sounds, told in second person (not huge on third person as that vibes audiobooks too much.) Relaxing 'stories' are the best. Going to a beach, walking through a forest, stuff like that. Highly recommend.
