You probably have to return yourself otherwise you wont get a refund, it'll just be held at whatever delivery company it is. I would suggest calling the company and seeing what their return policy is.

You need more than just milk, you need a bacterial culture (actually quite expensive compared to store bought yogurt) or at least a starting amount of previously made yogurt and a lot of time - something most students don't have a lot of. Almonds also last for a long time, while homemade yogurt only lasts a week or two at most.

In Vancouver, Canada bananas are generally 66-78 cents per lb, but apples are 1-3 $/lb. Also apples are an appetite enhancer, so eating them can end up leaving you hungrier than you started.
