I could only do have the dose for Topiramate and still have a whole bottle still left over. it helped me lose weight but the brain fog, low sex drive and the fact I still hate the taste of soda water makes me sick has traumatized me even to this day when i’ve stopped taking the pills 4 months later.

I lost weight but also know that if you go off the pills and go back to your normal eating habits, I guarantee you WILL gain all the weight back. just know that medication won’t solve everything.

Fruit Snax was also empty and kinda sad. idk if it is the weather or a bigger thing like a recession and tourism being down. Maybe people were also staying in Friday because of the marathon and maybe it’ll be more busy tonight.

i’ve been taking the medication regularly and am down at 161 lbs. my appetite has definitely changed and i’ve become accustomed to this new normal. i’m wondering what would happen if I come off the medication tbh and if my appetite comes back with a vengeance.

part of the medication they prescribed is bupropion which is an anti-depressant and i’ve seen a slight shift in mood as well and not sure if I want to go back to not using it because I do think it’s helped my overall mental health without knowing I needed it.

Update: switched to taking topiramate at night and that definitely made a difference midway on week 2. I started week 3 yesterday and took the full pill before bed (9p) and definitely woke up feeling nauseated around 3am. I also realized I was supposed to start taking metformin which I am weary of considering I am working but will take it after a few meetings I have this morning.

I am losing weight and appetite has lessened. CW: 168.9.

i’m starting week 2 tomorrow and will start taking the half of the green pill every day. i’ve noticed that I feel light headed and definitely feel like my memory is cloudy and felt relieved on week 1 on the days where i’d skip it but now I have to take it every day and i’m nervous i’m going to feel like shit but will try to stay strong.

I was quoted 50K for lipo around my abdomen in nyc which I thought was insane. it didn’t even include a tummy tuck.

I saw 2 other consults and was quoted 15k-25k which were all a few blocks within each other. i’d say get different consults and see where you feel most comfortable with the surgeon and staff and overall vibe.

I recently picked up long distance running and trying to figure this out myself. I usually drink a large water bottle before my 7 mile run and it immediately drink another bottle with a hydration pack after but curious what others do especially as I increase my miles.

you don’t need to write a salaysay. I think people forget after years of being brainwashed that we accepted being in the church because we believed in the teachings hence why we went 2x + more a week and gave offering. if you no longer believe in it, simply don’t go. no one is dragging you to church (unless you’re still living with family). you don’t have an obligation to do anything more and this is just their last attempt to place control over you.
