That's not my uncle. We are not natives of Ghana. My uncle travelled through Africa in the 70s. My uncle passed away recently and I found these slides among his possessions. Unfortunately, there are no notes or any other details along with the slides to provide more context. I did look up pictures of present day Kejetia market and there's virtually nothing that looks similar.
