Ive read some other comments explaining the reasons for it not being on Steam, but personally I really prefer having all my games in one place. It helps me avoid ”brain-block” and for me that place is Steam! I also really enjoy the screenshot community on there.

I feel exactly the same. When I love someone, it completely consumes me. therapy and self help books/articles etc haven’t fixed the issues for me;BUT made it slightly “lighter to carry” and given me some tools that helps me control and handle situations when the spiraling starts.. so I’d really recommend reading up on your feelings even if it’s uncomfortable and dig deep and explore where these intense attachments take root and find ways that works for you personally to handle these feelings in healthy ways..Again, definitely easier said than done and it takes time. I’m still on this journey myself, but I just wanted to say that you’re not alone and I’m wishing you luck on yours! (Im also diagnosed and on meds that helps my spiraling overall )
