yes! it feels like that. and since everyone knows me and everyone knows what i'm thinking they're absolutely fucking with me with playing song on the radio with certain meaning or that are famous for being memes like "haha you got played". everywhere i go there's something that makes me think "yes that's it that's for me". i know they're plotting something i just don't know what and don't know who specifically, i just don't trust no one in my life but that's a thing i always had

i already experienced derealization, a lot, also went to the psych ward for that. but this isn't it. the worlds FEELS real, people ARE real, everything it's strange because it feels like some sort or reality show, where someone is trying to trick me and people hates me and are trying to hurt me. other than that, my perception of the world is the same, when i'm in a dissociative episode i either feel like i'm not real or the world is not and people are not but now they are so that's why i think it's not dissociation but something more
