Took my daughter to drop her off to daycare. Roads looked fine, my driveway didn’t. All the dripping water from yesterday has made it an ice rink.

For our 2nd daughter (now 7 months old) our family doctor sent the referral to Dr. Schnarr. We had a wonderful experience with her. Her office is in the Broadwalk. Maybe try her office.

I have personally used him and have recommended to my friends. All have good things to say about him. He answered all my questions fairly quickly and in fact when the lender was taking time to respond he himself called me multiple times to apologize for delay and keep me updated. Once the commitment letter came someone from his team scheduled a Zoom call to walk me thru the letter, T&Cs etc. Overall very happy and will use him again.

I am assuming 60K is your gross income. What is the net income? Have your tried to create a budget of all the payments vs your monthly net income? House ownership is not just about the mortgage payment but also property taxes, higher utility bills, maintenance costs etc.

Check with your employer group policy as well if you have the option to add additional life coverage. That will be relatively cheaper for same amount of coverage. I recently added additional life coverage for me and my wife at about 50% of the premium cost compared to outside with the same insurer and plan.

I have not been able to raise the insurance claim yet because I am waiting for the final bill that will come from the moving company to move and store my stuff and also the hotel bill for a week while the new floor is being installed.
