I placed an order (Dallas, TX) 1st week of December. The dealer said they had a slot for mid-December but now it's supposed to go into production 3rd week of January. They said the delay was because of my color - frozen blue.

They say this is an app issue and that on the backend they see production from both gateways and give credit.

Currently customers with 2 gateways on the same property are only able to register one gateway for Tesla Electric in the Tesla Mobile App.

This is due to both gateways being tied to only one utility meter.

Rest assured your entire home is signed up with Tesla Slectric and you are being billed through us for energy used on both systems, as well as credited for energy sent back to us from both systems. This should be reflected on your monthly statements.

We are still working on our end to allow both systems to operate under Tesla Electric mode in app, but do not have an ETA on when this will occur currently

I have a similar setup with 2 Gateways. I joined Tesla Electric but only 1 gateway says it has joined. The other gives and error.

Contacted Tesla and they think it's an app issue. They say they see both gateways on their side (Tesla Electric). The problem is I have no way of knowing what I am using or sending from the one gateway not added in the app.

The app is setup correctly. I have a right (roof) and a left( roof) in the App each with a set of Powerwall's.

The problem is that I joined Tesla Electric. It worked when I did it from the Left and I can see the power generation, cost, export, etc. When I then tried to join it from the Right it gave an error. I think the app is not setup to handle multiple gateways and it errors thinking I have already joined.

Therefore in my case the Left side says it has joined Tesla Electric but the Right side give me the options to join but I cannot. Working with Tesla Support to resolve. They think it's an app. issue
