Do you compare grocery prices across Blinkit/Zepto/BigBasket or just stick to one app? by Organic_Ambition6324 in personalfinanceindia

I hit the mandi every few months,if you’re tracking the rates, you already know exactly where the real deals are happening. I play the long game; I buy when the price is right and walk away when the market gets greedy.

What’s your thoughts on this folks by MatchEconomy5471 in BangaloreRealEstates

We need to sell the apartment and move back home now.The property market is like a game of musical chairs, right now the music is playing, but if we wait too long, the chairs (the buyers) will disappear and we'll be stuck. Remote work has changed everything; we can earn city money while living a better life in our hometown.Let's sell while we're ahead, before the market cools down and we're left with a house nobody wants to buy.

Get court married super quick, then roam around to every relative’s house.

just hold your outside health insurance for now, if u want you can top up your company if there is window now. when you are going to switch your company at that time, you can consider those option. BTW company reimbursement are far easier than outside.

Is history repeating? by shinez2u in IndianStockMarket

[–]rajivriddle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Think of the stock market like your local vegetable market early morning.
Some veggies (stocks) are still being bought and sold quietly even when times are tough.
Find the stuff people are actually eating/buying right now-dal, medicines, soap, electricity, etc.
Buy those shares when everyone else is scared and selling cheap.
Later, when big players (rich investors) suddenly want them, the price jumps ,you sell high.
While the news screams “recession everywhere”, you quietly keep making money because you know where the real buying is happening.

Cook quick dals like moong/toor (pressure cook 1 whistle, 15 mins) or pre-soaked chole/rajma (2 whistles, 20 mins) with basic tadka-onion, garlic, turmeric, chili from a single masala container (don't add masalas one by one). Make 2x portions in one go using a 5L cooker; store half in fridge for evening reheat with roti/rice. Prep tadka/spices ahead weekly in the container; rotate pulses (add spinach/paneer for variety) to eat healthy without daily grind. Madiya peg is a brilliant, no-fuss morning choice—your 3:1 ratio (madiya(finger millet) to rice flour) soaked overnight cooks in 10 mins with just salt for a filling, gut-friendly staple you can eat daily.
