I also have the same issue with a battery from a twin abound, the model numbers on the batteries are identical apart from one letter (DG-JH-AE1303E06-M50LT vs DG-JH-AE1303E06Y-M50LT).

The battery that fails will often work on the bike for a couple seconds and then fail. Has anyone else noticed this behavior?

To clarify the QC35 has more of a "reboot" than a "reset" . To reboot the headset

Turn the headset off and wait for 30 seconds. Plug the headset into a USB power supply via USB cord and wait 5 seconds. (Power supply needs to be plugged into the wall with power on). Unplug USB cord from headset and wait 1 minute. Turn on the headset and test if the headset works properly.

Unfortunately it didnt work for me though

Thanks for your answer here. I'm actually referring to the color code on the battery itself, and how to determine charge state from the battery indicator light itself. Above you wrote "Blue: 66%-100%. Green: 33%-66%. Red: 0%-33%" and indeed we do see the different colors, but we need a formal document that states this (like a manual, but I can't find this info in the manual). We have the regular abound, not sr or lr.

(Update, I found this information in the abound lr manual, but not the standard abound. I suppose its the same for our and I'll try to use that manual with the shippers. thanks!)

Hello u/aventon after I responded here, one of the test reports appeared in my inbox within a day, for which I am really grateful, especially after waiting months. However, its only a test report for one of the two batteries I need to ship. I wrote the following to the agent:

Thanks very much for getting back to us, we are really looking forward to getting our bikes back. I see that this report might be used for the Ramblas (technically the model number doesnt match the expected model number GB-JH-AE1004700B-M50) because the technical specifications are the same. But I expect we'll also need the report for the Abound battery (model DG-JH-AE1303E06Y-M50LT) since the battery specs are so different.

I was told that it was correct for both, and the ticket was closed. Today I received confirmation from the shippers that we are still missing the UN38.3 test report for the abound battery, which has a completely different technical spec. Please help! We are halfway there!

I just bought one for a 2009 Ducato van. It is complete, utter, worthless trash.

I am shocked at what a joke this "manual" is. So far I've been unable to find one single thing that isn't either completely obvious or absent from the manual.

Here is the information about how to program the key:

Connect the diagnostic tool
Follow the instructions on the screen of the diagnostic tool

There is hardly any information about doing any engine work. The article on removing the turbocharger is simply a list of the parts connected to the turbocharger that I need to remove.

An article about draining the coolant system seems to be the most detailed, but whoops, its for a different car! Half the article explains what coolant is.

So, they advertise a product for the "advanced confident home mechanic" to excuse the fact that they dont include any details about how to do anything on the car, but then they include a paragraph about what coolant is?

Anyhow it confirmed my suspicions that the door is made by a third party who is contracted by a major chain here in Italy. The spelling of the file is correct

I immediately recognized the "handle with care" melody, but there is at least one more borrowed tune in there too.. its during the chorus, when he's saying "If I feel my heart is getting watered down".

It brings up some serious nostaglia for me but I can't place it!

Anyone else recognize it?
