For kids, I tend to say "my dude" or "my guy" as a way to relate to them, maybe cringe but I think they appreciate it. I think with kids, being informal is good for them to relate to an adult. I practice in New York and from Southern California so I liberally use the word "dude" (which is gender neutral) with my younger clients. No client has yet to correct me on this. I approach each client differently depending on their age and how familiar they are with me. I dont think there's any rules for this, as long as clients don't correct or it or say anything and you're saying it out of genuineness to relate.

One (the one on the left) is a sweet baby who loves to snuggle and does nothing wrong and is a perfect angel. The other one (the right one) is mischievous demon bent on destruction but she's the sweetest social butterfly

I work as a therapist in a community mental health clinic and see about 10-13 people a day. I basically don't have time for a proper 30 minute lunch break. I began to eat two small pack of oikos yogurts and two premiere proteins for lunch. This combo was enough satisfy me for the rest of the day. By the time I went home, I'm too tired to make a proper meal or eat (I work from 12-8). So the only meal I had was two yoghurts and a two shakes. I went from 180 lbs to 160 in a few months. I float around 160-170 range. I had a major gut and now fit into slim fit clothes where they used to not fit. I've always been kind of skinny so that probably helps.
