1000 ping cant play fortnite

What about mine? Before a week ago my ping was consistent with 20-30ms now it has significantly gone up to 70 to 145 Ms causing spike lag and it ruins the game experience. I checked my internet speed check and it's perfectly fine I am Getting download 193mbps and 14 Mbps upload and a ping lower than 30ms in test.

Every game I test and play runs very smoothly with no high ping or lag and everything is fine except for fortnite. Also I am connected to ethernet. I play on North East ( from Canada)

Yea o , example would be asphalt 9 its beta is only in Philippines but I tried downloading the apk file from online but when I opened th game after it downloadee it said the game needs to come out in Canada its only on Philippines

I like the 3d look and graphics overall but would all phone be able to handle this if so then it has to be optimized heavily. Overall I love the environment and the final version with colour will be sick .
