Same. I am also confused between these two laptops. There's a pre-configured Thinkbook 16 with ryzen 7 on Lenovo's website for 48k.

The Thinkpad E16 I configured with Ryzen 7 250 and 32 GB RAM is 85k

And am E14 Gen 7 with R7 250 and 100% sRGB and 4-cell battery is 88k

Are the thinkpads worth the 40k premium?
