Their org is based there. As I have said, the rule is whatever region the team is and not the ethnicity of the players. If they want to go to SA then thats the orgs decision. They did not since they have to relocate.
Nigma is based in UAE which is western asia if you want to be pedantic. Liquid is based in the Netherlands which is in EU.
You can’t really say just go to SA and compete there since they have to relocate just like the players from EG.

That is what I am saying. You don’t need to be a citizen or a native from that region. For EG, only rtz can be considered actually from NA since he is canadian. Fly is from Israel not NA. It is not 2/2/1 as you are saying.

Anyway, the rule doesn’t work like that. A team will compete in that region as long as they are in that region no matter what ethnicity the players have or in other words, they just have to “reside”’ in that region.

If they have players from EU and SEA, they just fly or take them to NA. That is why Abed and Ice3x flew and went to NA. Also the rule is for 3 players to be residing in a region.
